Hi, My name is Eimear, and I’m an Mbassador. 
I am one of 84 Mbassadors, and one of 6,000 Mindshare employees around the world.
The Mbassador network was established in early 2004 to improve the way we share information around our global network and in that time, the Mbassador network has made the world a smaller place for all Mindshare employees.
It has improved the way we communicate, strengthened relationships between offices and colleagues, contributed to outstanding new business success and given Mindshare a unique asset that distinguishes us from our competition. Since becoming the Mbassador for our Irish office in 2011, I have found myself getting to know other Mbassadors all over the world, and really discovered the strength of our network. Now, more than ever, I feel like I am part of something much bigger.
Late last year, I called on the network for their thoughts in some of my client planning work. While asking to be kept updated on my efforts, Nigel from Sri Lanka replied saying:
Dude, I feel like we are having a baby together.
While Nigel and I aren’t actually having a baby together, this is just a small example of how we care for each other’s success, and why I love being an Mbassador. It helps to know that we can draw on the work, and experience of our colleagues around the world to improve our thinking, and that we can share ours with other networks.
Every day, we are in touch with our colleagues to assist on new business pitches, planning documents and general client queries. We always share the great work we do, as we know they will do the same for us!
